Shannon Johnston Howes Shannon Johnston Howes Illustrator, Artist, and Designer

In 2022 I was employed by Eve Waldron Design as a graphic designer. During this time I aided production of room renders for clients, realising artwork concepts, textile design, and preparing printed advertising materials and website cosmetic maintenance.

My role in producing the room renders was adding to SketchUp wireframe rooms with selected finishes and furniture for the project, as well as populating the room with people to give the client a better idea of how the space may look when finished and in use.

A key project I produced room renders for was the retrofit of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership's Entopia Building. I was also a key designer of the stairwell numbering and wayfinding signage. The stairwell numbering has since been installed on-site, with the building having its official opening by King Charles (then Prince of Wales) in May 2022.

The renders produced for CISL were also featured in the September 2022 issue of RIBA Journal.
